Responsibilities Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives Own project execution end-to-end — unblock teams, manage dependencies, and deliver impact Align stakeholders and maintain strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment Help build a high-ownership, innovation-driven engineering culture Requirements Profile/background 6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software
