About the team Stripe is looking for an exceptional transactional lawyer to join our commercial legal team supporting our fast growing business in the Americas. What you’ll do Responsibilities * Support the AMER Sales team, leading negotiations for complex and strategic agreements; * Advise on a wide range of commercial and legal issues, including launch of new products to Stripe users and support international expansions; * Work closely with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market; * Be an integral part of the build out of Stripe’s commercial legal infrastructure so that we can scale and operate efficiently at pace with Stripe’s exponential growth - this work includes drafting and maintaining Stripe’s agreements and playbooks, leading and contributing projects to improve internal processes, leveraging AI tooling to
