About the job * Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) for a Hong Kong entity, overseeing the VASP license application with the SFC and ongoing compliance framework. * Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and supervisory authorities in Hong Kong, leading regulatory communications, examinations, inspections, and ongoing supervisory engagement. * Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework covering AML, CTF, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting. * Own the end to end compliance program lifecycle, including policies, procedures, controls, risk assessments, monitoring, testing, and issue remediation. * Partner closely with Business, Product, Risk and Legal teams to embed compliance by design into business proce
