Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee compliance monitoring and testing frameworks in a second line of defense environment. Provide strong internal stakeholder management, managing stakeholders across Compliance and broader Binance teams with effective strategies, while navigating and balancing competing interests. Manage and negotiate with external stakeholders, ranging from regulators, auditors to industry bodies/associations. Critically evaluate processes for identifying, documenting, and assessing compliance risks associated with Binance's activities, providing strategic advice, and challenging as appropriate.
