Core Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership * Define the company's DevOps and platform engineering strategy, align it with business objectives, and report effectiveness metrics to the CTO and engineering leadership * Build and continuously improve the engineering effectiveness measurement framework (DORA Metrics: deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR, lead time for changes), driving quantifiable improvements * Champion engineering culture transformation, fostering genuine collaboration across development, QA, and operations — breaking down process silos rather than reinforcing them Platform Engineering & Infrastructure * Lead the development of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to reduce cognitive load for engineers and improve the overall developer experience (DevEx) * Build and continuously evol
