What You’ll Be Doing * Lead the team in optimizing mobile performance, enhancing speed, efficiency, and overall user experience. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance optimization into the development process. * Identify team goals and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business objectives. * Demonstrate proficiency in planning to anticipate challenges and opportunities. * Implement strategies to develop team strengths and improve weaknesses to ensure overall team growth. What We Look For In You * Proven expertise in optimizing mobile performance with a focus on lag optimization, memory optimization, I/O optimization, startup time optimization, and other related areas. * Builds AI-leveraged engineering workflows, curating domain knowledge bases, harnessing context, and codifying repeatable agent skills/workflows, so AI tools like Claude Code/Codex deliver reliably on real production work. * Rich experience and capability in constructing and refining performance monitoring systems, including but not limited to: designing and implementing monitoring metrics, establishing alert mechanism
