Your Impact as a Senior Counsel - Project Finance & Commercial: We are seeking a Senior Counsel with substantial project finance experience to lead the financing of our renewable energy, battery storage, and data center infrastructure projects. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring someone who can manage multiple live transactions simultaneously, operate with a high degree of independence, and engage commercially with lenders, investors, and internal business teams.
