Responsibilities * Own end-to-end design of fund flows including fiat deposits, withdrawals, refunds, channel settlement and clearing cycles, and fund mapping across internal ledger, channel statements, and clearing accounts * Abstract complex, fragmented fund logic into standardised workflows, rule-based engines, and configurable reusable product capabilities * Design and build the company-level reconciliation product system covering internal vs channel reconciliation, transaction/fund/balance reconciliation, state machines, exception detection and routing, and SLA management * Drive continuous improvement in auto-reconciliation rates, reduction of manual intervention, and shorter settlement cycles; support monthly closing, audit requirements, and management-level fund reporting * Work closely with Engineering,
