Responsibilities Act as the dedicated finance partner to the Earn business units, providing proactive financial guidance and commercial challenge to support strategic decisions. Own end-to-end P&L reporting and analysis for Earn (Flexible, Staking, Loan, Structured Products) — including gross revenue, net revenue, cost of funds, and margin analysis. Partner with product and business teams on new product launches, pricing decisions, and go-to-market strategies — providing financial feasibility assessments and scenario analysis.
