Role Summary The AML Operations Manager runs the day to day AML operations and directly manages the AML Specialists. This is a hands on role responsible for delivery, scheduling, quality, and continuous improvement of AML operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily KYC and name screening operations, including case allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning. * Lead and coach the AML Specialists team, and act as the escalation point for complex cases. * Review work quality, run QA and QC checks, and drive fixes where gaps are identified. * Oversee end to end KYC and name screening workflows, and ensure work is performed in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Monitor volumes, turnaround times, and productivity, and adjust resources as needed. * Maintain procedures, ensure audit read
