Key Responsibilities * Serve as a senior compliance advisor to business stakeholders across Product, BD, Marketing, Operations, Institutional, VIP, and regional teams. * Provide regulatory guidance on new product launches, commercial initiatives, partnerships, customer journeys, and business model changes. * Assess regulatory implications for expansion into new jurisdictions, including licensing considerations, conduct requirements, and operational compliance risks. * Support oversight and coordination of local Compliance Officers, helping align advisory positions, escalation practices, and regulatory interpretations across markets. * Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, AML, Risk, and Audit teams on cross-functional regulatory matters. * Support regulatory inspections, supervisory engagements, rem
