Key Responsibilities * Provide legal advice and support on regulatory agreements, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations across various markets. * Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership arrangements, and service contracts. * Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, entity management, and internal controls. * Assist business stakeholders in interpreting regulatory developments and implementing practical frameworks to meet obligations. * Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific matters, including (but not limited to) regulatory queries arising from the US and other regions. * Identify legal risks and propose balanced, business-aligned solutions. * Develop and maintain internal legal policies,
