THE WORK: Ripple’s Settlement and Billing team builds systems that make sure value moves clearly, accurately, and transparently across our products. This platform team holds significant responsibility for the data, status, and financial infrastructure behind all Ripple payments. It serves every customer who closes their books daily. We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to establish and steer strategy and implementation for this team as it moves into its next stage. You'll function at the convergence of platform product development, financial operations, and regulatory compliance — guaranteeing Ripple can expand with assurance in a regulated industry. This is a pivotal role: you will guide the team's strategy, develop its culture, and deliver the internal and external product suite that powers settlement, reconciliation, reporting, returns, and billing across Ripple's full product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with experience in product launches, determination, and the creativity to develop and advance innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll work closely with diverse groups — Engineering, Operations, Treasury, and Accounting — across all products that Ripple provides.
