The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team as we continue to scale the firm. You will have the opportunity to help support our growth in all areas of the business, including our investment verticals and central teams. Partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, you will optimize processes for ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience at every touch point while also building a diverse group of candidate pipelines for our roles. This is a fast-paced role in an ever changing environment so the ability to be flexible is key to success. This role requires an in-office presence 2 days a week in our San Francisco, CA or Menlo Park, CA office.
