Stripe is looking for a People Partner to drive that effort across our GTM organization — supporting GTM leaders and senior managers through scale, creating an environment where people of all backgrounds can thrive, and aligning our business strategy with our people strategy through data and first principles thinking. What you’ll do As a People Partner, you'll work alongside senior business leaders and managers to develop and deliver our people strategy, advance our company mission, and enable leaders to build high-impact, healthy teams that deliver outstanding results for Stripe users. Responsibilities * Serve as a strategic consultant to GTM leaders, helping them align their business and people strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and a strong employee experience * Advise and coach leaders on org design, change management, and key organizational initiatives — with a focus on efficiency, clear decision-making, and effective cross-functional collaboration * Use data, insights, and judgment to inform decisions on structure, programs, and org health; translate findings into actionable recommend
