What you’ll do As a People Partner, you'll work alongside senior business leaders and managers to develop and deliver our people strategy, advance our company mission, and enable leaders to build high-impact, healthy teams that deliver outstanding results for Stripe users. Responsibilities * Serve as a strategic consultant to GTM leaders, helping them align their business and people strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and a strong employee experience * Advise and coach leaders on org design, change management, and key organizational initiatives — with a focus on efficiency, clear decision-making, and effective cross-functional collaboration * Use data, insights, and judgment to inform decisions on structure, programs, and org health; translate findings into actionable recommend
