As the Physical Security Systems Specialist, you will lead all aspects of Ripple's Global Security strategy for physical security systems. This role involves coordinating the entire lifecycle of our access control and video surveillance infrastructure. Responsibilities range from initial development and managing projects for new builds to providing daily operational support and handling break/fix issues. Your knowledge will be essential to maintaining the strength and efficiency of security technology across Ripple's worldwide operations. A core responsibility of this role will be to apply technical solutions to improve existing processes. This ensures our program stays modern and adapts to Ripple’s changing risk profile. You will be required to go beyond traditional management by: * Bringing to bear Technology to Improve Processes: Proactively identify and deploy innovative technical solutions to improve existing physical security processes. This includes integrating analytics powered by AI, automation, and advanced data correlation to improve efficiency, reduce manual oversight, and provide proactive threat intelligence. * Encouraging a Culture of Innovation: Offer expert insights on new security technologies and suggest methods to protect our systems from future threats.
