Job Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in user experience design, with participation in interaction design for medium to large-scale products. Web3 industry experience is preferred. * Strong theoretical knowledge of design, keen observation and summarization of trends, and a high personal standard for design quality. * Solid product and interaction thinking skills, ability to participate in interaction workflow design, good business understanding, and capability to integrate design across online and offline touchpoints. * Enthusiastic, holistic thinker, proactive in communication, able to push ideas forward effectively and collaborate well with colleagues. * Forward-thinking regarding industry trends, with the ability to turn discovered ideas into actionable projects.
