Key Responsibilities: * Token and network management, including new token configuration, risk identification, token delist and other related work. * Deposit and withdrawal management, including suspension and resumption, congestion, network confirmation, address and memo format. * Wallet balance and fee management, including wallet balance supplement, fee profit monitoring and adjustment. * Operational tools construction, including data analysis dashboard, operation backend tools, monitoring and alarm. * Operation status diagnosis, including daily and weekly reports, and other data analytical reports. * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement robust security measures to protect digital assets and user information. * Resolve wallet issues by engaging with stakeholders and internal teams. * Addre
