Responsibilities Own BFUSD and the broader structured Earn product portfolio end-to-end, covering stablecoin yield and options-linked products across strategy, roadmap, operations, and continuous iteration Drive product growth through data: track and optimize core metrics including TVL, APY competitiveness, user retention, and conversion Research and evaluate yield strategies — including funding rate arbitrage, options structures, and basis trading — and translate market insights into new product features and offerings Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive product adoption and successful go-to-market Monitor market tr
