About The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to own and continuously elevate the operational backbone of our institutional business — spanning Custody, Brokerage, FD Broker, CaaS, RBAC, KYC, Market Making programs, and Fees. The role is centered around building durable operational frameworks and driving continuous process optimization across these business lines, converting disparate workflows into a coherent, instrumented, and scalable operating system. You will combine deep operational fluency with data and AI-assisted tooling to surface gaps, codify methodologies, and compound incremental improvements into measurable operational leverage and revenue growth. As a high-influence individual contributor with no direct reports, you will set the operational standard that the broader institutional team works to.
