We have seven global ERGs with Executive sponsors who are engaged and ERG Leads who are invested. The infrastructure is well built. We're looking for someone who can own it, optimize as we change and grow, ultimately keeping programs healthy, relationships strong—all grounded in what actually matters to Ripplers. This role is the single internal point of contact for diversity, equity, and inclusion at Ripple. You own the day-to-day and the strategic rhythm of the ERG program, coach the ERG Leads, and partner across the business with discretion, good judgment, and genuine care for the communities you serve. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful scope and real relationships at every level of the company. What you'll own ERG Program Management You are the operational and strategic owner of Ripple's seven global ERGs. You will keep the program running smoothly across global regions, optimize the governance model, manage events and milestones, and ensure each ERG and its leads has what they need to deliver a high-quality experience for its members. You will own impact reporting, budget tracking, and the program rhythm that keeps everything connected and on track. Annual ERG Leads Onsite Once a year, you will bring Ripple's global ERG Leads together for an in-person summit.
