THE WORK: In this role, you will sit at the intersection of recruiting strategy and operational excellence - responsible for assessing our current state and systematically building the processes that enable our global recruiting team to hire at pace and scale. This is a hands-on role for someone with a builder's mentality who is excited to write the playbook, not just follow one. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations and leaders across the business to drive end-to-end improvements in how we attract, evaluate, and land the best talent. From scaling tooling and optimizing workflows to partnering cross-functionally on hiring quality and data insights, you'll have a direct impact on one of Ripple's most critical business functions.
