Key Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, covering credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks. * Conduct prudential and capital risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy evaluations. * Prepare and support regulatory disclosures required for virtual asset service providers (VASPs) and financial institutions. * Oversee Margin-Account Operations, including; * Development of policies governing margin lending and virtual asset collateral * Setting and reviewing maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratios and haircut levels * Monitoring collateral valuation, capital add-ons and counterparty exposures * Ensuring compliance with client/institutional limits and capital requirements * Net-worth monitoring; * Review and monit
