What you'll do We're hiring a hands-on Verification Risk Ops Associate to support large-user special handling, migrations, and ORR activities. This person will review KYC and KYB docs, run data queries and reports, manage queues and routing, troubleshoot with users, and lead large-scale migrations and grace-period deployments. Responsibilities • Plan, lead, and execute large-user migrations end-to-end—coordinate technical steps, apply migration-based grace periods (AMP), monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth onboarding at scale. • Run and interpret Hubble and SQL queries and build simple dashboards to track migration status, rejection rates and types, SLAs, and backlogs.
