Provide expert analysis and interpretation of sanctions and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulatory requirements, ensuring Binance’s policies and controls remain robust and up to date. Support the design and implementation of compliance monitoring and testing programs focused on sanctions governance within a second line of defence environment.
