Key Responsibilities * Master basic AWS cloud service knowledge, be able to document cloud resource architecture, node deployment, network logic and data flow design. * Conduct professional communication and liaison with Indonesian local regulatory authorities, accurately and clearly interpret and demonstrate how business systems complete standardized deployment, data localization and compliant operation in Indonesia. * Provide end-to-end technical support for local business teams, collaboratively handle daily system operation problems, fault troubleshooting, function verification and product compliance configuration issues. * Organize local market compliance deployment documents, operation specifications and regulatory response materials, continuously optimize support process and compliance landing standards. *
