This role is NYC-based and will require in-person collaboration.Responsibilities:Act as a strategic brand design lead, collaborating with cross-functional peers to generate ideas, content, and create effective design solutionsIndependently lead medium to large projects end-to-end, including social campaigns, brand systems, microsites, physical buildouts, and presentationsDefine and communicate creative strategy and direction — for yourself and other designers — to produce high-quality, compelling work that translates complex ideas into clear, innovative designsDevelop and maintain a visual language cohesive with the Uniswap brandDrive the design team to become AI-native, integrating GenAI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency and creativityEngage in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedbackDesign with a focus on both brand and business outcomes, solving ambiguous and complex challenges in creative and effective waysServe as a design mentor a
