Responsibilities * Own exchange active user metrics (MAU/Cumulative Transactors), define and execute user activation growth strategies * Lead consumer-facing growth feature planning and iteration, including task systems, check-ins, rewards stores, and trading incentives * Plan and operate user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events), with ability to build campaign platforms or templatized frameworks from 0 to 1 * Continuously optimize activation conversion and retention curves through data-driven approaches (funnel analysis, user segmentation, A/B testing) * Coordinate cross-functional resources across design, engineering, data, and compliance to drive project delivery * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify actionable growth opportunities Requirements * 5+ years in inte
