Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Model Risk Quant Manager to join OKX's Model Risk Management (MRM) function. As OKX's second line of defense (2LOD), this role independently validates FinCrime, AML, and AI/ML models, including FinCrime and AML models, that are core to OKX's regulatory compliance globally — and contributes to the build-out of OKX's enterprise AI Governance framework under the direction of the Global Head of MRM. The role spans: (1) independent quantitative validation of AI/ML, including FinCrime and AML models, including their machine-learning sub-components; (2) validation of AI/ML and Generative AI applications across OKX; and (3) supporting the Global Head of MRM in operationalizing validation playbooks, model inventory standards, and AI Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate combines deep quantitative rigor with hands-on experience in both financial crime model validation and AI/ML model governance — preferably with crypto-specific domain knowledge. Key Responsibilities: * Lead independent quantitative validation of FinCrime, AML, AI/ML, and Generative AI models across OKX. * Perform con
