Job Responsibilities 1. Own the end-to-end user experience and growth system construction for overseas payment products. Cover core scenarios including user onboarding, cross-border transfers, daily transactions, and loyalty programs. Continuously optimize regional customer journeys, eliminate operational friction, and improve product conversion rate and user retention. 2. Lead the full lifecycle strategy, iteration and implementation of core overseas payment products. Iterate and polish core payment capabilities, optimize the entire user funnel, and streamline product usage, transaction fulfillment and rights & benefits processes to ensure smooth user experience and stable business operation. 3. Identify growth opportunities based on businessdata and regional market characteristics.
