About the Opportunity OKX is looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to lead treasury activities across the EMEA region, based in Dubai. As the regional treasury anchor within our global team, you'll own cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships across EMEA — acting as the go-to treasury partner for regional Finance Directors and Business Heads. Day-to-day, you'll manage cash positioning, execute intercompany and capital transactions, and respond to ad-hoc treasury requirements across the region using modern TMS and AI-powered tools. Beyond BAU operations, you'll play an active role in global treasury projects — from process transformation to buildout of group treasury center in UK. This is a high-ownership role for someone who operates independently, communicates confidently at senior levels, and brings 6–8+ years of corporate treasury and/or banking experience — ideally from a multinational environment. Exposure to digital assets is a plus, reflecting the evolving nature of treasury at OKX.
