About the Opportunity Relationship Manager / VIP Accounts Manager (CIS) leads account management efforts within the VIP retail program in the CIS region. The Relationship Manager is expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global growth teams, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as effectively lead a team of regional sales. He/She will proactively nurture and enhance relationships with local key trading accounts, VIP accounts, being in contact with them frequently and building relationships. What You’ll Be Doing * Primary point of contact for a number of actively trading VIP clients. * Expanding relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs, supporting inquiries. * Support users to navigate OKX range of product offerings, VIP structure, and key updates and changes on the OKX platform and products. * Offer and manage VIP upgrades and various product configurations. * Responsible for the revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnership * Actively contribute to the regional strategies
