About the team This frontend team builds and supports core platforms that enable both internal operations and customer-facing experiences at OKX. We develop the BOSS (Business Operation Support System) Middle Platform, which provides foundational capabilities such as business gateways, Identity & Access Management (IAM), efficiency components, and security controls—helping business teams operate more effectively and securely. In parallel, we deliver the Customer Genius product suite, focused on customer support solutions including chatbots and automation tools that improve service efficiency and user experience.
