Responsibilities: Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support, ensuring fast issue identification, resolution, and escalation when needed. Work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, DevOps, and backend developers to solve code-level and system-level issues. Design, develop, and maintain internal automation tools to optimize workflow and reduce manual processes. Build dashboards and monitoring solutions to track system performance and incident trends. Collaborate with backend teams using Java / Spring Boot to troubleshoot and enhance APIs and microservices.
