About the Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated and proactive VIP Relationship Manager to join our Australian Strategic Markets team. As a VIP Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our base of VIP clients in Australia. This role is focused on high net worth individuals, family offices and smaller corporate clients, driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which on the other hand focuses on larger professional, enterprise and institutional clients. What You’ll Be Doing * Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients * Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX in Australia * Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company * Lead our partnership work in Australia through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations * Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients in Australia ensuring positive customer experience * Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients * Proactive account man
