Editorial Policy & Content Standards

How JobQuip sources, verifies, and presents job listings and editorial content — our commitment to accurate, transparent, and trustworthy career information.

JobQuip aggregates real job opportunities from employers and applicant-tracking systems (ATS) worldwide. We are committed to transparency about how our content is produced, reviewed, and corrected. This page explains our editorial standards.

How we source job listings

Listings are collected automatically from official career pages and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, and others. We refresh data daily, de-duplicate postings, and remove expired roles so the inventory stays current. A snapshot of our active inventory is published in our Remote Work Data Report.

Editorial independence

Our guides, salary insights, and reports are produced by an editorial team and are not for sale. Employers cannot pay to alter rankings, appear in editorial content, or remove factual listings. Commercial and affiliate placements are clearly labeled and never influence editorial judgment.

Use of automation and AI

Some listing descriptions are organized and normalized with automated tooling to improve readability. Every automated step is reviewed, and we surface the original source so users can verify details. We never invent salaries, requirements, or employer information.

Corrections

If you find inaccurate or outdated information, contact our editorial team. Verified errors are corrected promptly, and material corrections are noted on the affected page.

Affiliate & disclosure

Some links on JobQuip may be affiliate links. This does not affect our editorial coverage or the objectivity of our recommendations. We disclose relationships where they are relevant to a decision.
