At AIOS Tech (Bolt Pharmacy), we're building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. Right now it’s akin to assisted self-driving (and improving every day), so humans are still doing everything with AI assisting their workflows. You’ll not only function as a Team Lead, but you’ll help provide feedback to the Product teams to improve the in-house software that you and your team uses each day. You understand that a great patient experience means all information needed to prescribe is collected on intake so patients don’t get stuck in back-and-forth messiness. You’ll pick up complex, escalated patient situations and smoothly resolve them within minutes, not hours, never compromising on safety or accuracy. You’ll make sure every prescriber on your team is working through an appropriate number of tickets, and accuracy is never a concern. You’ll: Deliver safe, evidence-based GLP-1 prescribing—for your own patients and for every patient your team touches Take full accountability for the day-to-day clinical quality, safety and governance of your team Set the clinical standard and lead from the front on the most challenging cases Lead the rollout of new protocols, medicines and clinical technology across your team Great performance in this role means growth is never constrained by clinical capacity, prescribing quality or governance gaps.
