Title: Marketing Manager, Promo & Incentives Market: UAE & KW Location: Dubai, UAE Role Overview As Marketing Manager, Promo and Incentives, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East. You will own the operational delivery and performance of our promotional and incentive programmes, working cross-functionally to ensure every offer is targeted, well-timed, and commercially sound. Incentives sit at the centre of how customers experience value on the platform - they influence whether someone tries the app, comes back, or drifts away. This role owns that layer day to day: turning the promotional calendar into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and making sure every campaign earns its budget.
