ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior design leadership role at a fast-growing, Sequoia- and Index-backed AI procurement platform serving large industrial companies across Europe. The company is at Series A/B stage with ~150 employees and is rethinking how procurement works — combining human expertise with AI agents to make high-impact cost decisions legible, trustworthy, and actionable for industrial buyers. As Head of Product Design, you will define how humans and AI agents collaborate across the product, build and lead a team of ~4 product designers, and establish design as a true strategic partner alongside product and engineering. This role has direct impact on profitability for large industrial customers and shapes the future of agent-native enterprise UX. Location: Munich, Germany (hybrid on-site).
