Accounting Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We're a growing direct-to-consumer telemedicine and prescription skincare company — operating at the intersection of healthtech, eCommerce, and compounding pharmacy — and we're hiring an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This is a high-impact role responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of financial operations as we continue to grow. You'll own the month-end close process, lead a team of staff accountants, and serve as a key partner across supply chain, operations, and leadership. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA or Salt Lake City, UT. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead and own the full month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. - Oversee core accounting functions: revenue recognition (ASC 606), inventory, intercompany transactions, payroll, AP/AR, and fixed assets. - Review and man
