Role Overview Neko Health exists to transform healthcare through the mass adoption of preventative healthcare, enabled by the right technology. The full-body scan is today's vehicle for that mission, not the destination. As Neko's UK clinic network continues to scale, this role is the second dedicated procurement and logistics hire for Clinic Operations, mirroring the equivalent role already approved for the US. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Specialist to support the daily procurement and logistics requirements of the Clinic Operations function in the United Kingdom. This is an entry-level procurement role designed to support the operational scaling of Neko Health's UK clinic network as new sites open. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day ordering, supplier coordination, and logistics workflows supporting clinic consumables, supplies, and operational materials. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling environment, contributing to and refining the foundational procurement processes already established for UK clinic operations. This role is designed to grow with the business. As the UK clinic network scales, there is potential for the role holder to learn and expand responsibilities into category management, supplier relationship management, and contract management. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Take ownership of daily procurement requirements for UK Clinic Operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier queries. Support all procurement and logistics activities related to clinic consumables, operational supplies, and facilities services, ensuring value for money, compliance, and service continuity. Manage the end-to-end logistics workflow for clinic supplies, including import/export coordination, carrier management, storage, stock management and last-mile delivery to UK clinic sites liaising directly with our 3PL partner. Raise and manage Purchase Orders in compliance with internal purchasing policies and approval levels. Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain up-to-date supplier records within the procurement system. Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency as the UK clinic network scales.
