Binance is seeking a Senior PR Manager to lead and execute public relations strategy across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for shaping Binance’s public narrative, managing media relationships, navigating regulatory sensitivities, and ensuring consistent, credible communications. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PR leader with strong regional media networks, experience in regulated industries (finance, fintech, tech), and the ability to balance proactive storytelling with risk-aware communications. Responsibilities: Regional PR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy for Southeast Asia, aligned with Binance’s global positioning and regional considerations. Prioritize SEA, ensuring deeper media engagement, stronger visibility, and sustained brand credibility. Adapt messaging and approach where appropriate, focusing on compliance-safe communications and reputation management. Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with top-tier, business, financial, and tech media across the region. Secure consistent, high-quality media coverage including interviews, op-eds, commentary, and feature stories. Position Binance spokespeople as credible thought leaders on crypto, blockchain, financial innovation, and regulation-aware growth. Regulatory-Sensitive Communications: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to ensure all external communications are accurate, compliant, and risk-appropriate.
