Role Summary You are the player-coach who scales loan operations end-to-end. You’ll own the campaigns engine (Crypto Loan / UAT Loan / INS Loan), run the collateral listing/delisting program with Risk, and turn competitive intel into parameter and pricing changes. You ship reliably, read the data, and lead a small team. Key Responsibilities Growth & Marketing Operations Set quarterly campaign strategy and calendar; define mechanics, budgets, T&Cs; localize with regional teams.
