Business Systems Analyst (BSA) : (GTM & Revenue Operations) AI-Driven Delivery Model | Value Stream Aligned The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced AI-forward Business Systems Analyst to support our global GTM and Revenue Operations organization. This role operates within an AI-Driven Delivery Model transforming the BSA function from a reactive requirement-taker into a strategic facilitator, business translator, and value-stream orchestrator. The ideal candidate leads with business outcomes, surfaces AI and automation opportunities, and drives delivery from the earliest moments of engagement. The BSA partners with business stakeholders, process owners, and engineering teams to lead AI-assisted intake, generate structured business context, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support our global GTM and Revenue operations teams. You'll help shape how a global SaaS company sells, quotes, forecasts, licenses, and delivers customer value. This role has direct influence over systems and processes supporting thousands of users worldwide.
