What You’ll Do CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Global Director, Field Process & Automation to own the process backbone of our revenue engine — the connective tissue that turns strategy into repeatable, scalable, AI-enabled execution across the global field organization. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Revenue Operations, you will design the end-to-end revenue processes that span the account-to-pipeline, pipeline-to-forecast, quote-to-cash, and deploy-to-consume lifecycle, embedding automation and AI into every workflow while safeguarding data governance and SOX compliance. This is a pivotal moment for CoreWeave, as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler. You will bring enterprise-grade operational rigor to how CoreWeave sells and operates while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines CoreWeave. As the owner of this Center of Excellence, you will lead and grow the Field Process & Automation team, set the standard that the field and our regional teams run on, and partner with the other RevOps pillars and regional leaders to ensure processes scale consistently across segments and geographies.
