About the Role Fivetran and dbt are seeking an experienced Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel to join our Legal team. This role will focus on global compliance, employment counseling and employment-related legal support across the United States and potentially internationally, as well as assisting with a variety of dispute and litigation matters. You will help provide legal guidance related to global compliance and to develop standards and operationalize compliance policies to support the maturation and expansion of the Company’s compliance infrastructure. You will partner closely with our People Team and business partners to provide practical, business-focused employment advice on a broad range of workforce issues.
