TOPS Community Manager Specialist The TOPS Community Manager Specialist is a floating leadership role within Asset Living’s internal talent agency (TOPS). This position provides short-term (1–90 day) on-site operational leadership to communities experiencing staffing transitions, vacancies, new acquisitions, performance needs, or stabilization efforts.
