Location: Springer Mine and Processing Mill, Imlay, Nevada Position Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of site equipment, mobile equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role develops and executes preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, manages maintenance personnel and contractors, controls departmental budgets, and partners closely with other operational teams to maximize equipment availability while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
