The Opportunity at Komodo Health: Mavens is a Komodo Health company focused on delivering Salesforce-based solutions that drive workflow and digital engagement across the life sciences industry. The Mavens Managed Services team partners closely with our customers post initial implementation to support long term success with our solutions. Our managed services team serves as trusted advisors who understand both the evolving technology and the business challenges our customers face. The Managed Services Team Lead role focuses on ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of technical services across a portfolio of customers within a practice area (Medical Information, Scientific Publications, or Research & Grants). This role provides senior-level oversight for a team of Managed Services Consultants, acting as an escalation point, subject matter expert, and working manager who drives alignment in how services are delivered, maintains quality standards, and fosters strong customer and team relationships. By combining hands-on engagement with strategic oversight, the Managed Services Lead ensures that customers realize the full value of their partnership with Mavens while enabling their team to grow and succeed.
