About the Opportunity As we expand our US footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, energetic and business-minded attorney to join our Global Product Legal Team as Lead US Product Counsel. This is a high-impact role for a legal leader with a proven track record in top-tier law firms and/or in-house legal departments. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising on crypto products and services in the centralized exchange space, and is comfortable providing practical legal advice in an evolving regulatory landscape. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of OKX in the US. You'll partner closely with US Product and Business teams on cutting-edge initiatives while navigating complex regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as a strategic legal partner to the Product team and other stakeholders, advising on both existing and new US product offerings throughout the product lifecycle - from concept to launch. Proactively identify legal and regulatory risks of new products and services, advising on product structure and design to mitigate risks and bring top-tier products and services to the US market.
